Breathing - The Foundation of Life

Proper, full breathing is crucial for maintaining health and preventing premature aging.

Complete breathing ensures the necessary level of carbon dioxide in the blood, which stimulates the breathing process, regulates blood pH, dilates blood vessels, and promotes oxygen delivery to cells.

When blood is normally saturated with oxygen and carbon dioxide:

✅ Blood circulation improves
✅ Blood pressure and heart muscle function normalize
✅ Brain and nervous system functions are activated

❗️ Hypercapnia occurs during chronic inflammatory processes when lung ventilation is reduced, such as during exacerbations of asthma, COPD, or in cases of neuromuscular pathology or rib injury.

☝️ Hypercapnia is an increase in the carbon dioxide content in arterial blood above 45 mmHg. In this condition, CO2 poisoning occurs.

Symptoms indicating body poisoning include headache, nausea, frequent shallow breathing, excessive sweating, and even loss of consciousness.
