With the subscription, all doctor examinations will become free of charge for holders of PVZP, Maxima, AXA, Slavia, and Uniqa insurance policies.

  • Tests are paid for by the client, with the possibility of reimbursement through the insurance company.

• Financial Risks:

  • If the insurance company refuses to cover the examination (e.g., due to "Preexistence"), the client will be billed for the services.

What You Need to Know About the Comprehensive Subscription:

• Cost: 3900 CZK for 6 months.

• Benefits:

  • Free consultations with general practitioners and specialists.
  • Free tests for illnesses covered by the insurance.
  • Protection Against Financial Risks:
    • If the insurance company refuses to cover outpatient examinations or tests, the clinic will not bill the client — the clinic assumes all costs.

How to Subscribe?

1. Book an Appointment:
   Schedule a consultation with a general practitioner through our reservation system on the website. On the day of the appointment the receptionist will prepare a client card for you.

2. Complex subscription:
   On the day of the appointment, you can pay the remaining balance at the reception desk.
